Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Picked up my rental & was left on E and dirty interior with snack debris. The employee allowed me to return the car on E as it was when I picked it up and stated “I will be speaking with the detailed guy about this”. When we dropped off our rental to a different employee we stated our issues and he refunded us an extra $50 for the hassle. All in all I would use them again for something quick but maybe not for a vacation. It was nice to drive a 2024 though!!!

The staff are excellent. I had no problem checking my car in and checking my car out. The people that drove me to pick up my car and to get my car. They are awesome people the staff at Enterprise are wonderful and they make your car renting experience very easy

I was extremely happy with every step. Josh is a wonderful employee. Enterprise is privileged to have an excellent employee in Josh. His professionalism is perfect. He dressed sharp. He knows his work very well. I was happy with the clean car he put me in. But, Josh is why I would return for a rental if I should need one.
