Our car died and we needed a car for a week. Almost 100 miles from home. We've rented from enterprise before and always have been satisfied. This time was no different. Worked with Elsa, She was a pleasure to deal with. Picked us up and made everything easy. Can I rate 6 stars?

I love dealing with Enterprise on a daily bases. My company works hand and hand with enterprise daily. They have the best staff at the king of Prussia location. Samantha, Sean, Chris, Justin, and Eliana. They are always on top of things when we call them.

Be VERY careful if going through insurance. Understand your coverage and read everything before signing. Several errors were made. I was overcharged an excess of $536 when I was fully covered through insurance. I had to call their phone multiple times and jump through hoops to get my money back. When I finally spoke with the manager and informed him that I have been in touch with employee Sam throughout my entire rental, his response was something along the lines of thats not her title or place to understand my policy and extensions. Then he blamed the insurance. Nevertheless I am glad i got my refund. Sam was great which is why i gave the 3 stars. But it is very hard getting somone on the phone here though which was a red flag but it was the closest location for me. Update- Anothe

My recent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in King of Prussia, PA was a mixed bag. While the initial service was excellent, a later issue left me slightly disappointed. On the positive side, the Enterprise representative went above and beyond by delivering the rental car directly to me at the Tesla Collision Center where my car was getting fixed. This saved me a significant amount of time and hassle. Additionally, the first rental vehicle, a Mitsubishi Outlander, was brand new, clean, and met my needs perfectly. However, during the repair process, I had to revisit Tesla Collision within a week, necessitating a second rental.
