Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great hospitality and service. Had to get a new transmission in the RV and was able to get an SUV for $60ish a day in a pinch. “Q” was very amiable and took care of me when the mechanic was delayed a little and I was behind on my drop off time. Having an Enterprise account makes checking in/out a breeze.

If Enterprise promises to put customers first, provide high standards, and go the extra mile, I’ve experienced the exact opposite. I was in an accident on Monday and was told to come in Tuesday at 10 a.m. to pick up a rental. I showed up on time, only to find the building empty — no staff inside, security cameras turned off, keys left out in the open, and the safe wide open. I had to walk through the entire building to the back where they wash cars just to find someone. Once I finally got help, I was told there was a hold on my account. I came back today, and the hold was still there. I asked the man at the front counter to call corporate to help resolve it. His response: “I don’t call nobody.” I then asked for a manager — instead of helping, he went to the back, pulled up another custom

The staff is very nice and made the process easy for me to get my rental car while my car was getting repaired in the shop. When it was time to return the car back to them, they even gave me a ride to the body shop to pick up my car at no charge 🥰 thank you enterprise of Lakecity for treating me so great 😁

They never and I mean never answer the phone you have to drive down there to speak to someone can we do a better job at checking phones and not ignoring rings , no one even answers to say please hold it just rings while you wait called them 5 days straight not one answer phone just rang nonstop for 3 hours untill I said ya know what screw it , had to get a car for an insurance claim this was the closest one for yo to 50 miles and absolutely unreliable when it comes to answering phones , the phones are th bread and butter of the operation you don’t answer you don’t make money please god do a better job at answering phones

They never answer the phone. Have called the lake city location so many times they don’t answer. They charged me over what they quoted. Will never choose enterprise again
