So updating this review and rating*** I am about 50 years old and have been a loyal customer of Enterprise all my life up until now. It has been the only rental car company I have ever used if I have a choice. Recently, I have had a very difficult time getting my bill corrected by the 1050 s Wadsworth location in Colorado. The manager, Jessica, advised me that I would not have to bring the car back when my secondary insurance kicked, in at a lower rate, and she would adjust the pricing, from that date, for the same vehicle instead of me physically coming in. Based on my last experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I can heartily recommend them. Very friendly and competent staff, who all spoke perfect English. Nice clean cars at a fair price.

Rented a car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. Team had a car ready same day as it was requested. Nick demonstrated high quality customer service- very thorough and curteous during pick-up. Jess helped submit everything to insurance correctly and Gary had the car spotless when I picked it up.
