Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a bad experience during my rental. I was hit in my car and the other person's insurance paid for the rental but the the lady there told me I had to get additional coverage. If it wasn't an emergency need for a rental, I would of went with second choice. The lady fail to explain and go by what the insurance had reserved for me. She charged me extra fees. Not ok.

We tried to work out a van rental for a student trip, and these guys were absolutely no help. (And they have no after hour drop off. Why not?)

If there was a negative star, I would give the Magnolia, Arkansas, Enterprise, 30 of em. This is the 2nd time, we have been totally screwed. The first time I made a reservation 10 days ahead of time and when we go to pick it up, she said there are no cars bcuz of a recall on certain models. When asked why they didn't let us know b4 we got there, she said they had tried to call but must have been calling the wrong number. But on my email confirmation that was sent to me, had the correct number. My husband really needed the car to go out of town for work, so ended up having to go 45 minutes away to USAVE(JOKE OF A NAME) and pay double plus a lil more for the rental. The 2nd time Enterprise screwed me was today. I called the call center 2 times to make a reservation. The 1st lady took down
