Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have rented vahicals from them at two different occasions. First time was long term rental through my insurance company. Second time I rented vahical for one day, my personal rental. I like the customer service they provided. At both occasions, they were able to accommodate me with the type of vahicals I requested. Employees are courteous and informative.I would like to learn more about their policy regarding offering customer a ride after returning rental car. Specially to the customer who lives with in Manchester and in real need of ride.

I had great experience while renting a car from enterprise. The employees are so proffessional and friendly. The car i used for more than one and half month was very in good shape.

And you have changed the car in between when I have bad experience. Thanks for considering my request. Overall very good experience from the day of booking until return.

You make an online reservation, and when you arrive, you are surprised to find that what you booked is not available. After traveling a long distance, you discover that what was agreed upon through the online platform does not exist in reality. On top of that, the prices are different—the online price does not match the price upon arrival. They then cancel the original reservation and force you to make a new booking at a higher or different price, taking advantage of the fact that you have already arrived and wasted your time and effort. A very bad experience and an unprofessional company. I do not recommend booking with them again.

The ladies that assisted me during checkout were knowledgeable and patient. They were also kind and answered all questions I had. The vehicle itself was roomy and comfortable for the long drive we had. Will continue to rent from Enterprise Manchester!
