Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an outstanding experience with the Enterprise location in Marlton, NJ. The entire team was incredibly professional, caring, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They made a stressful situation so much easier with their kindness and efficiency. What stood out most was how genuinely respectful and supportive they were. As a Veteran and retired military, I truly appreciated the level of courtesy and customer service they showed me. They went above and beyond — even giving me a ride when I needed it — and every interaction felt thoughtful and considerate. In a time when great customer service is rare, this team delivered exceptional service with sincerity. Booked car on 8/9/2025 Cherry hill location. Received phone call 45 mins prior tgat they didn’t have vehicle for me. Called 855 enterprise number , booked marlton location, was assured they had vehicle for me. Had friend drive me 25 mins to location, got call when I drove into parking lot that they didn’t have vehicle for me either!! This is unacceptable, not the way to run a large corporation. I did travel for American Express for 22 years & if I did this to a centurion or platinum member, I wouldn’t have a job! Reporting this to BBB also!

This team has been flexible and timely with all my work rental car needs. They help make things easy and the quality of the cars and service have been consistent. Griffin has helped me the last few times and he has been a great example of this branch's excellence. Sunday hours and having shuttle availability for those of us close enough have been awesome perks of this branch. I only ever use Enterprise and the Marlton and Berlin New Jersey locations.

The field manager at this location has a poor attitude. She doesn’t handle customer service with professionalism. I had two interactions with her and both times she was passive aggressive and condescending. She decided to yell into the phone that she wasn’t refunding any money and proceeded to hang up on me.

I reserved a car online. Got to the enterprise and all the terms changed. I left and went to a different enterprise I usually go to. The lot is packed with cars and trucks. Now I know why!
