Renting a car at Enterprise Rent A Car was an easy process from beginning to end. Great customer service. Will definitely rent from them in the future.

I needed my due to a accident and had a hard getting a car available to me and when they did finally gave me a car it smelled like cigarette smoke.

I rental from this company at different locations but my experience this time was thw worse. I had a 830 pick up and at 930 it was not delivered. I had to leave. I called the Prince Frederick location only to be told they are on another job. Once they arrived at 9 am with a dirty vehicle I was about to take because I was already late from important clinets. The asset manager apologized but I asked for a discount none offered. The sound man on site did what he could. No access to at least vacuum the car which I was told was extremely dirty. Then they could not turn the car over because there tech would not work properly. No customer service from management, no call from management, only thing I did was lose out on money from my business because this site etc is and always poorly man

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IF YOU'RE RENTING HERE: 1) This is a satellite location for the Enterprise in Prince Frederick. It does not have a dedicated storefront, and there is actually no Enterprise signage whatsoever, so it looks like a GPS error upon arrival. The location is an industrial park where the receptionist inside of an auto body shop can help you with the rental. 2) The phone number listed does not work, you must call the Prince Frederick Enterprise branch. 3) They do not offer pickup service. 4) They do not check for rentals made less than 24 hours in advance at this location. If you make a same-day reservation, expect everyone to be surprised and confused by your presence, no one moreso than yourself. 5) If you don't give 5 stars they make it clear they will take it out on the em
