My vehicles is in the shop over a month and half. My insurance covered a basic vehicle, got a Chevy Spark. Gas saver for sure. Long story short the Spark got a flat and an oil change was needed. I called Dez at the local store I rented the vehicle. He provided support and suggestions. I appreciate this store accommodating my need. Dez, coordinated a pick up and exchanged of the Spark for a Nissan Versa. I appreciated this reps understanding my immediate need and delivering excellent customer service.

Can't go wrong coming here for your rental, it's always quick and easy. Seems like Kris is a one man show at that location but he is awesome, he moves fast with customers and does well holding it down by himself. I feel like they should put someone else there to help him. Seems unfair. Either way, great experience!
