Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have needed to use Enterprise on two different occasions recently, and both times I have experienced nothing but exceptional customer service. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and professional. The time it takes from start to finish is fast and easy and the same goes when returning the vehicle. Whether it was a phone call or in-person the staff was amazing. You don’t often get such great customer service by truly friendly and courteous employees these days. I will definitely use them again if necessary, and I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone.

The staff here was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. However, I had a disappointing experience with the vehicle I booked in advance online. It wasn’t ready for at least 10 minutes, which was inconvenient since I was in a hurry. Additionally, the vehicle lacked wheel covers, which made it look less appealing. These issues prevented me from giving it a full 5-star rating.

I been renting car for 25 years never once have I had an issue until today the manager or shift manager Mimi Huizar should not be in that position she was overwhelm with the same shift that they have in enterprise every day she had two coworkers which one could have dropped me off at the dealership that was only five minutes away the young coworker James should have her position. He was excellent. and to see that they got signs on the wall that say putting you first is our first priority is a complete lie. Maybe she should’ve read that sign before she started her shift. The regional manager needs to look into how she run a business cause you will be losing customers guarantee is she stay in that position

I did not directly rent from here but I had accidentally left a few valuable things in the glove box. The car was returned to LP but then taken to MC after. I realized several days later that I had left the items behind. The staff at LP were very helpful and called MC and amazingly my items were being held for me. I went to pick them up and Jake was very nice to help. Everything was there! Just want to say thank you for honest and helpful employees!

The employees made promises they couldn't honor and they kept my deposit to cover what I was told would be free. They offer basically a buy 5 days get 7 days deal. Well I paid for 8 days and got 8 days. The woman I dealt with was beyond rude and I will walk before I get a vehicle from them again!
