Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I love this location - 5711 Highway 6, Missouri City, TX. The staff are always friendly and efficient. I personally would like to recognize Kristin who assisted me during my pick up and return. Kristin in my opinion is an exceptional employee and an asset to your team. I hope that her unparalleled service does not go unnoticed. Every time that I’ve visited this location I am welcomed by her with a friendly smile and a caring attitude and for that I am grateful as it is not always that we encounter people/employees like her. Just a little bit of kindness goes along way and personally keeps me coming back. Thank you Kristin!! 10/10!!

The customer service was fantastic! We walked in on a Saturday with no reservations as our car broke down on the way out to Dallas. They were so busy, but Parker & Lincoln showed no irriation and only kindness with getting us back on the road quickly. It was greatly appreciated, thank you Lincoln & Parker!

The atention when I picked up the car (manager) as well when I returned it, Perry. In both cases the employees were very kind !! The cars that I always rented in Enterprise were in very good conditions clean and never had a problem. That’s why I chose always Enterprise. Thank you guys !!

I was looking for a compatible vehicle to the Jeep truck I was assigned, but they did not have compatible vehicles unless I downgraded. The Enterprise lady told me that she would follow up with me and let me know when I could get a substitute vehicle. She never called me back or let me know the status of another vehicle. I felt I was brushed-off.
