Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an amazing experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Morehead City, NC. Luke, Blaine, and Nubya went above and beyond to make my process smooth and completely unstressful. I was dealing with a total loss situation, which can be overwhelming, but they truly took the time to help me and made sure I had a rental when I needed it. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to go out of their way for customers did not go unnoticed. I’m extremely grateful for their help and highly recommend this location because of their outstanding service.

My experience was a 10/10. My agent Luke F. went above and beyond. He personally checked the tread on my tires and did extensive safety checks. He even made sure I knew how to use all of the electronics and lights/features in the car. My Nissan Pathfinder was a real gem. It made my 1,000 mile drive (in 1 day) less painful LOL. The staff are cheerful and appear to get along well. The lobby is clean and there are restrooms available. I had a really great experience here, more so than I can say I have ever experienced renting a vehicle.

I just rented a car from Enterprise in Moorhead City and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The communication with the local agency was clear, the car was an upgrade from my reservation request and the employees were friendly and welcoming! It was clean and delivered to me when promised. The absolute highlight, however, was the representative Luke! He was so personable and helpful and very professional at the same time. When I accidentally left my expensive prescription sunglasses in the car, Luke returned to my drop off location so I could help him look through the car to search for them. He discovered my glass case and I was 'over the moon' since I had to sail away the next day and going without my sunglasses was just not an option! Thank you so much, Luke! Enterprise

I don’t recommend this location to be reliable or honest. Insurance claim sent to them on Monday. I call that morning and they seemed very busy, they told me they would have multiple vehicles for me Tuesday morning. So I patiently waited and swung by first thing Tuesday. Upon arrival I was told they had nothing but a 15 passenger van. And they would have a mid size at 5pm that afternoon. I never heard from them. I call again on Wednesday, and then I’m told they were taking reservations for Friday afternoon. MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE! I have personally seen multiple cars on their lot. My reservation was sent Sunday evening/Monday morning. Just another reminder why I always stick with reliable Avis. I will now gladly pay out of pocket for a rental through Avis and be reimbursed by my insurance. S

My experience was positive from beginning to end. Staff very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely use again if I need to rent a vehicle.
