Enterprise Rent-A-Car

booked an SUV last minute, and although they were low on inventory, the manager Jake went above and beyond to help us out. He sent me home with the largest vehicle they had available and promised to call around to find something bigger. Honestly, I didn’t expect it to happen — but he delivered! About three hours later, right at 5:30, Jake called to let us know he had tracked down a larger SUV at a nearby location. His hard work genuinely saved our vacation and made it possible for us to bring our kids’ bikes along. Thank you, Jake! Your effort and customer service were fantastic. Highly recommend this location. Will only book from them going forward.

I came as a walk-in. There was no cheap car on inventory. They upgraded me to F150 for free. That trunk saved me a lot of money while moving my home. Thanks a lot.

Had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. I reserved an SUV to pick up items from an auction. I went to the Enterprise branch location and confirmed that the items would fit in the Pacifica with the seats folded down. So far so good. A few days later, I see that my reservation has been changed to a sedan, which won't work at all. I call the local branch, and am told that all the SUVs have been taken out of service due to a recall (of EVERY SUV?). I was told to make a new reservation for a pick up truck, and that the guy at my local branch would "call around" and see if he could find a pick up truck. Patrick was very diligent and did find a truck, and I completed the move, being careful to wrap furniture in plastic to protect it from the elements. The Ram 1500 felt like a monst

I now have two experiences with this branch failing to honor a reservation for lack of vehicles and notifying at the last possible moment or not at all. Lesson learned I suppose. EDIT: I want to highlight the dishonesty of all these BS responses from whoever Enterprise underpays to handle social media. Every single time I have "followed up" with more "information" has resulted in additional stonewalling, incompetence, and frustration. In fact, the only way to get any useful response from Enterprise is to threaten credible legal action -- the MA Attorney General's office has a specific form for car rental company complaints, for anyone who has been cheated by Enterprise financially on the rare occasion they actually have the car they promised.

HORRIBLE. Run, don’t walk away from here. I was GUARANTEED a full size SUV for a ski trip with 5 kids and 8 hours before I was scheduled to pick it up they called to say they had no SUV’s. Absolutely inexcusable. And to add followup: their silly corporate response below takes you to the main website with no way to get in touch with a human. Unreal & pathetic. THE WORST!
