Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently had a rental car while my car was being fixed. I was in this rental car from Enterprise North Kingstown RI for over 2 months. Everything about the process was smooth. They met me at the auto body shop and drove me back to complete the paperwork. It too only a few minutes to complete and I was on my way in a clean comfortable rental. At one point the car needed service and I was contacted by Enterprise to change out the car. This also was a quick and easy process. I was back in the same model car and on my way. Everyone I met at the branch was helpful. They made sure to connect as soon as I walked in. Even when they were busy. I want to try to mention all the staff I met, because they were all helpful. The vehicle I reserved online was not available to me when I arrived at the rental office; I had to wait for another vehicle from a different Enterprise location. The store Manager, however, was very polite, professional & accommodating, which made all the difference for me. I’d definitely rent from them again. Lovely vehicle & great service~

I was told that a car was available for me (as part of an insurance claim), I got there a little late at the same time someone happened to be dropping off a car to exchange at the same time… which apparently they just decided to transfer over to me. It was strange and disorganized and I was confused about what the actual plan would have been had I been there earlier… the lady working here rudely addressed by shrugging and just said “It’s summer” in a condescending dismissive way. We had to wait for both cars to be cleaned, which took a long time. It seemed extremely disorganized and the customer service was trash.

We all know that renting a vehicle is typically a nightmare with these large corporate chains. You have one person on the national call center telling you one thing, the manager in the local office telling you another, and then when you call to straighten out the situation you are aggravated about- its a week long process to finally get the results. They have no issue charging your credit card for every little fee and detail, but getting refunded is like pulling teeth. My visit on June 6/7 was fine enough but the bill I received later was overcharged by a day. Can everyone in the office please get on the same page so future customers don't have this issue? Stop telling us one thing if youre just going to do the opposite. And, I say future customers because I wont be using this company agai

Smooth, fast , professional, the girl there was very nice . and when we returned the car the guy there was very helpful too , Ford Escape 2018 was very clean and good to drive . 🚨Note 🚨I bought insurance online through Allianz it cost me $11 Per day, that will cover the rental car , but you need to have your own insurance in case of accident (if you hit another car ) and if you don’t have insurance you’ll need to buy from Enterprise when you pick the car , and you’ll be paying another $14 per day Overall, good experience ,thank you
