Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff at this location were professional and attentive to my needs with the rental. Although there was some miscommunication at first, they made it a priority to resolve everything quickly. Talk to them, they are there to make money, but more importantly to serve you as a customer. Their focus on ensuring I was satisfied really stood out.

Enterprise Rental on Mineral Springs Ave in Providence has one of the best courteous services. Everything was exceptional, from the way the personnel greeted me, their courteous service, and the clean amazing vehicle I was afforded to drive.

The staff member who greeted me was excellent. Great communicator and kind. The car, however, had the worst smoke smell in it ever. I was driving to a professional event for work, and I was saturated in the smell. I drove most of my way with the windows down even in the cold, because the smell was causing a headache. I had to wash all my things once I got home.

Staff were very disrespectful. Couldn’t tell me what car was coming back. Acted like they had no control. They was like whenever it comes back it comes back. They were not worried about selling the car first to rent. They were just like it requires a major credit card requirement like OK I know that. National car rental is so much better stop so much more friendly. They have such a better selection.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise that I feel compelled to share. First, I was contacted with the wrong pickup location for my rental. Before heading out, I called to confirm the address and pickup time, and was told everything was correct and that I could come early. When I arrived, not only was I at the wrong location, but they also had no vehicle for me. Thankfully, an employee at that location offered to drive me to the correct branch. Upon arrival at the correct location, I was met by Alexis Wright, the Assistant Branch Manager. I calmly explained the situation, but was immediately met with unwarranted attitude and blame.
