Wranglers Direct

First time at Wranglers Direct and I'm already scheduling my next appointment - thanks Charlie and Matt! The shop is welcoming and they really know the treats and trades of wranglers. I went in with some electrical issues with the TIPM and instead of immediately going to fully replace it - they tested some other solutions out. It's operating once again with no issues - thank you! I also did a full check-up and they found some issues in the rear brakes, a frozen caliber... yikes. I took it to two different places in the last 6 months and no one caught this. You'll leave wranglers direct feeling safe and ready for adventure.

I went to Wranglers Direct for the first time this week and had an excellent experience from beginning to end. I was able to email about the problem I was having and get an appointment scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in the timeline I was hoping for and communicated effectively throughout. I was nervous getting big repairs done with a shop I had never used before, but when picking up my Jeep, the entire staff, including the owner, couldn't have been more friendly, reassuring and helpful. My Jeep is driving great and I drove home incredibly happy. Not to mention, they cleaned my Jeep inside and out without charging me extra or even mentioning it. I will definitely be back!

Best customer service anywhere! I will never take my Jeep anywhere else. Honest, trustworthy, amazing communication! My jeep was being fresh, and they checked her out, but she decided not to show what was wrong and acted like an angel.. so instead of making assumptions on the issues and tearing my Jeep apart costing me money that may not be needed, they decided to see if she showed the issue instead. Driving her around and when nothing triggered, decided not to pull her apart. So I am thankful and grateful.. my jeep came back clean, well cared for and even a new ducky passenger! I had my front brakes changed at Wranglers Direct, and after picking my Jeep up, I noticed some squeaking. I brought it back, and they took the time to figure out exactly what was going on and took care of it right away—no hassle at all. I live about 45 minutes away, but I keep coming back because they’re the only people I trust with my Jeep. They’re professional, honest, and always go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Do not bring your jeep anywhere else, Wranglers Direct are THE EXPERTS! They actually care about their customers and your vehicle. They wont upsell you unnecessary repairs when you don’t need them and you can trust their work when you do. Always a good experience.
