Jacob was amazing!!! Very informative made the whole transaction easy and painless. Exemplary employee! Definitely deserves a raise!!! Normally employees are so quick to rush you out the door especially near closing time, but he went above and beyond. Definitely recommending this location and Jacob to family and friends.

Aft being told by Firestone that I (female) needed new tires I decided to go to Town Fair Tire for their opinion. I spoke with Adam on the phone and was able to bring my truck that hour. After he looked over my tires he told me that there was no need to replace them. They had enough trading on them! I had thought so but because Firestone said they needed to be replaced I was confused. One of my tires had a slow leak and TFT was able to fix that, that day. They did a few things to get my tires correct and I drove out of there very pleased, my car drove perfect and I didn't get taken advantage of will a needless tire purchase. I really appreciated Adams honesty and was so glad I went to them. I'll never go back to Firestone. For tires it's Town Fair Tire for me going forward. Was easy to get

I had been concerned for the past few weeks about my driver's side front tire, which looked low but not flat. Not really knowing too much about cars, I figured I just needed to put air in it this weekend. Or get it checked at a later date. Leaving work in Smithfield around 3:30 today (Friday), I realized it couldn't wait and on the way home, a short distance from Town Fair - I stopped in and was fortunate to meet Kyle while I explained my situation, that I wasn't sure if I needed a new tire(s) on my 2007 Honda. He was absolutely amazing - he came outside and checked that tire as well as the other 3. He confirmed without hesitation that the driver's side tire was no good, and needed to be replaced.
