I’ve been a customer for several years and I know I can always count on him and his team to pull through whether it’s for a specific vehicle or troubleshooting a problem with a current vehicle. When you walk into this location, you’re always greeted with a smile, someone willing to go out of their way to help, and they make it an easy transaction. Had a great experience, renting a large passenger van. The customer service reps are exceptional! The transaction was smooth, and the van was spotless and easy to drive.

The service provided by this Enterprise location was exceptional. Had some difficulties with the "1-800" side of the business promising me things that were not possible, and the folks in Norwood cleaned up the mess that they were not responsible for. The woman who manages the place is very good at what she does, and all the folks at the branch were super nice and hustled every time I was there. I don't usually write reviews, good or bad, I just have given up expecting good service anywhere, but this was such an outlier I decided to take the time. Highly recommend this location.
