Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Keyarla was so nice and accommodating, very helpful with getting me a car that drove very well and had the option of nature sounds to listen to which was very soothing. She also was able to give me a ride back to my house which was the first time that’s ever happened with enterprise in OC and Keyarla was also the one to give me the ride home. She was Very kind and has been my best experience with enterprise! Thanks Enterprise thanks Keyarla (sorry if misspelled your name).

I booked well in advance and then got nervous when I saw all of these "no car" reviews. They had my car ready to go, on schedule, and everyone I dealt with was both helpful and friendly. No complaints. Will use this convenient location again.

Terrible experience. Don’t expect any guarantee for your reservation. Until the very last minute, you won’t know if they’ll actually have a car available. Just 51 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up, an agent named Christian called to inform me that the car I had reserved was not available, and that no other vehicle was available for my trip today. Despite having a confirmation number and making the reservation several days in advance, they decided to share this lovely news with me less than an hour before pickup. I know this won’t change anything and that I’ll likely receive a generic response, but it’s clear this is all I can do. If at least one person is warned by this, I’ll be satisfied.

I was just informed they do not have a car 3 hours before my pick up time even though I secured a reservation. Girl on the phone had a horrible attitude and couldn’t care less. They need to work on customer service at this branch
