Great service at Tom’s Auto and Inspection Station. If you need a honest and fair priced auto mechanic then Tom’s Auto is the place to go. I had cracked heater coils and Tom diagnosed and quickly set up an appointment. He provided excellent customer service with expertise and great pricing. A stress free experience. I would highly recommend.

I had exceptional service here at Toms Auto. I blew a tire off of 113 coming from Newyork to VA, on sunday and was unable to get a tire brought to me on the highway. Not only did This shop (i assume the owner) replace my tire, They drove to an open walmart to pick up a tire that night. I am extremely grateful and happy there are still good people in this world

5 stars just aren’t enough!! Tom is terrific! While on vacation in Ocean City from Richmond, I had a serious mishap with my Kia Soul where I damaged my oil pan and oil plug and cracked my oil pump. I called around to a lot of mechanic shops for an emergency diagnostic but couldn’t get an appointment. My last call was to Tom’s Auto and he took me right away. Not only was he able to diagnose the problem but, understanding my plight as an out-of-town vacationer, he worked late in order to get my car done by the next afternoon. I’m so glad I found Tom. He’s the type of mechanic I wish I had back home. Honest, hardworking, and fair!

I’ll never go anywhere else! Tom is kind, knowledgeable, quick to respond and honest. He got my car inspected, repaired and back on the road faster than any other shops I’ve been to in the area.

Tom saved our “Girls vacation”! My best friend’s SUV needed the alternator replaced. Not only did Tom do this for us at last minute notice on the weekend, he worked late into the night to complete the job. He is incredibly kind and professional. We are truly thankful for Tom, he is the type of mechanic you always wish you can find. I can’t say enough thank you’s❣️
