Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was able to choose a small sedan which is my preferred size car since that is what I am used to and it affords me the best visibility.

I had a wonderful experience at the Orleans Enterprise and I am impressed with the grounds and the cleanliness of the shop. Staff are very friendly. 3 different people greeted me immediately upon entry. All were well dressed and were very clean and friendly. The manager, Jessica (friendly, beautiful, great personality, brilliant) informed me that the car I had requested was no longer available so they upgraded me into a better car for no up charge. For the first time in all my enterprise rentals, the guy who brought me out to the car, Paul (super friendly, straight forward, knowledgeable), did a full car inspection to take note of any prior scratches so I wouldn’t be charged for damage. Arrived to be told that they didn’t have the car we reserved and they offered us something that was not comparable. Ended up getting a car similar to the one we initially reserved from another location brought to Orleans. When we came back a second time to get the right car we were told we needed documents to use a debit card. Came back a 3rd time 10min later with the documents and there was no one there at all. Doors unlocked. Safe wide open. Waited 15 min for the girl to come back from the ride she was on with her co-worker. No apology at all the entire time. If you knew that you didn’t have the car we needed( we called few days before our reservation to confirm that you had this car since it was essential to our needs and was told we were all set) why wouldn’t you call the customer righ

The customer service was outstanding. It was a miserable, wet day, and the gentleman at the desk made sure I received a car I felt safe driving in bad weather. Highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience! Had some minor issues with getting things lined up, but the staff were very good and accommodating, so we got everything taken care of. The driver who picked me up was friendly as well. I have always rented exclusively from Enterprise, and will continue to do so.
