Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise Palatka is the only place to rent a car where I live. A lot of the time they are way more expensive than going to St Augustine and renting a car there from a different rental company. This time Enterprise had a reasonable price so I was very happy to be able to get my car close to home. The manager was there for our pick up and he was friendly and got us taken care of quickly. He was awesome! Return was painless, professional and easy. I wish their prices were a little better consistently so that I could use them every time I rent a car because the location and customer service can’t be beat!

I was thoroughly impressed with the enterprise rental car location in Palatka, Florida. Baylor was excellent! He was extremely helpful, kind and courteous, and he took the time to help me understand the different features on my car. The rental process was extremely easy so was the return process. I would highly recommend this location and Baylor is an asset to the company.

Shout out to Baylor. He also informed me that Enterprise also sells vehicles and with that information I got a new car! Thank you so much for everything Mr Baylor!!!!!He went above and beyond to assist me in my time of need as the vehicle I previously owned was shot. There was another gentleman there with dreadlocks who was exceptionally professional and nice!!!! The staff was very professional well-dressed the area was clean and the cars were presentable! While my Car was in the shop for Repairs the Shop paid for and provided a rental for me from enterprise. , that was a headache in itself !I understand it was a Friday and would likely be slim pickings. They didn't have any available until late afternoon (fine okay right? WRONG) ....they put me in a Suv that had a HUGE chunk of tire missing out the sidewall , the inside was absolutely filthy and disgusting. ,clearly hadn't been cleaned before renting back out ! The front end was SO lose it felt as if the tires were going to fall off and I was having to fight for its life to keep the steering wheel straight and the vehicle straight going down the road ! GOD FORBID You hit a bump on the road... The vehicle clearly wasn't safe to even be on the road ! I called Monday and let them know. Rega

I rent from the Palatka location regularly. Baylor is always kind, courteous, and very professional. He's always been a huge help with getting a car and makes it extremely easy. He is the epitome of customer service.
