Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Because of an insurance claim. I was approved for a rental car during the repairs. I contacted Enterprise rentals in Paris, TN. I was told a car would be available the following day between 2:30 and 5:00. I said great. I'll be there sometime after 2:30. He then told me he needed a more precise time. I replied because of my busy and unpredictable schedule the best I could commit to was after 2:30. He said because of his busy schedule he needed a more exact time. I ended up canceling the rental and making other arrangements. It appears his convenience was more important than mine???

I was LESS THEN DISSATISFIED with Enterprise in Paris, TN area with my current rental car experience this time around! No GAS in the tank when I came to pick up the vehicle, the vehicle was DIRTY on the inside and the outside and REEKED of marijuana smell! Then I was asked by an Enterprise employee later that day to bring the vehicle back because it was due for an oil change but FAILED to notice this BEFORE preparing the vehicle that morning for me and AFTER I spent over $35 dollars to fill up the tank! Then I received a different car that evening only AGAIN FOR IT TO BE DIRTY on the inside and outside!! So if your renting for a few days I would recommend somewhere else first UNLESS Enterprise is your only option as it was for me because I had to use them during my accident claim filed wi

Staff was very professional and courteous. Cars were well cleaned and maintained. One small problem (flat tyre) was quickly and satisfactorily addressed.

the guys workin were super cool, friendly, and easy to work with! I was in and out fast with ZERO issues both times! definitely recommend this team

I like Enterprise prices. More information needed to be passed on to customers about rules and regulations. But the rental went perfectly. The management helped with question after the initial rental. I would recommend Enterprise.
