Enterprise in Pella Iowa has a great group of people waiting to take care of your auto needs. They're professional, they meet the needs of my travels, and the cars are always clean and reliable. Very happy with my partnership with them for my travels for work and personal trips. Thanks for the hard work!

We rented a crossover for a vacation trip and on our way to pick up family we heard a noise from underneath the rental. We contacted Enterprise and were guided to a repair shop that they had a relationship with. This was evening, and getting close to closing time, but were told to come ahead. There was a small repair that was taken care of and we were on our way in a short time. When we arrived back home and turned in the rental they gave us a discount on the cost for our time and trouble. This offer was very much appreciated. We will definitely rent from our local Enterprise again.

The staff was very helpful and informative answering my questions. I was checked in and it quickly. Courtesy level was high. As someone who has worked with the public for decades, I can honestly say they checked all the customer service boxes.

My mother and I rented a car and she forgot her prescribed sunglasses in the right passenger door, we dropped it off late Sunday night, she called the next day at 9am and she told them what happened, he said the car is already gone. So they "cleaned" the car and didnt find them or they took them. He said the car comes back Thursday I'll give you a call. Thursday came and they didnt call her. She had to call them and they said there is nothing they can do. I get sometimes stuff happens but come on guys

They booked my appointment at Noon on Saturday when they closed. They then closed before I could get a vehicle. Called them Monday to help find a new pick up in Des Moines and was told they would call back within an hour. Nope. Called them again to were they just sent me to the automated line and did it myself. Rude and unprofessional service.
