Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The Purcellville Enterprise location did a terrific job coordinating with Loudoun Collision Center, which was repairing my car. Braden made sure I had a hybrid Toyota much like the one getting fixed and handled all of the insurance paperwork. Communication throughout was excellent.

They were very friendly, polite and professional. They walked me through the process and was genuinely helpful . I can’t say enough and I have used many rental companies at airports and Purcellville is far better

In March 2025, I reserved a luxury class car for a family event in August 2025. I called a week before pickup to confirm my pickup time. When we arrived there were no luxury cars available; instead we were offered 3 cars--Chevy Malibu & similar--that were no better than our own car. The staff member on duty said he didn't know what happened because he was on vacation the week before. That's no excuse. After this episode I logged on to the Enterprise website and initiated a chat with customer service, providing all details of my rental and our experience. The agent said my issue would be escalated but now, 5 days later, I haven't heard from anyone. Very disappointed with Enterprise which, unfortunately, is our only off-airport car rental option.

The staff at Enterprise Purcellvile makes the rental experience easy and so much less painless than taking a long trip to IAD.
