Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My home Enterprise branch is Richland WA on Lee Blvd. Enterprise has always been courteous and professional. They know how to take care of their customers. Even when I had an enterprise vehicle break down they had it towed and I received another car in Meridian ID and was back on my way to Richland. They went above and beyond to make it right. When I rent a car Enterprise will be my first choice!

Enterprise really did a good job for me. I didn’t have to go to Enterprise to pick up my rental car - they brought the rental to me. Same goes for when the repairs to my car were finished - they let me leave the rental at the repair shop - then they picked it up! So convenient!

Staff members were informative and helpful. Making the entire experience for a new customer exceptional. They take care of you in a very minimal way which I appreciate.
