Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I really had a great experience. Although my car was not ready when I arrived, they still made sure I arrived on time, as they stated. Great customer service from beginning to end, and I loved driving the Toyota Rav 4

Reese at Enterprise was awesome!! He helped get me into a rental that I felt good about. He was friendly & pleasant. Their location is convenient to where my car was (which was at Barnett Body Shop) so I could just walk next door & didn’t need to depend on anyone to take me to get or drop off a rental. Thank you Reese for making this process go smoothly.

I had been a customer for 7 years because this branch is close to my home. However, every time I reserved a car in advance—regardless of the type—when I arrived, they would say that specific vehicle was unavailable. I was always told I would either have to wait an unknown amount of time ( once I waited for 2 hours and they finally gave me a car that was already parked there that should have been given to me right away ) or “pay extra” to get a different type of car right away. Last week, the same thing happened again. On top of that, the staff raised their voices and told me I could either walk away or try other branches. This was despite the fact that I had made my reservation a week in advance and completed check-in the day before. Will never rent again from this branch

I had a great experience. They put me in a really nice Jeep while my CRV was in the shop. They picked me up when I rented and they dropped me off at body shop when my vehicle was ready

I had a reservation for pick up from a car repair center for 1 pm. They picked me up at 2. I checked in with the girl. I requested a midsize suv. At 3 I was still sitting waiting. I went to the desk and the girl asked if she could help me. I reminded her she had checked me in an hour before. She looked down and found the paperwork on her desk. - then started inputting something in the computer. All while she was working on that one of the guys was talking to people on the phone telling them they only had suvs available. Then when the lady finished my stuff she put me in a ford escape. It was after 3 so I left. Still had to get back to work
