Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had to use the Rio Grande/NJ Enterprise Rent A Car services several times for the past two years. All the staff members had been courteous and helpful, specially a very nice lady ( maybe their office manager). I had no problems with their cars. I highly recommend them!

Daniel provided ecellent service. He showed me the features of the vehicle & explained the rental terms. He provided a quick and seamless transaction of renting the vehicle for the week. Over the past several years, this is the fourth vehicle I have rented through Enterprise. All their employees provide excellent, courteous service... Thank you!

Rosie is the kindest, most professional and loveliest people I have dealt with in many, many years. She is a shining star, and Enterprise is lucky to have her. Dan was also extremely kind, patient and very hard working. Both an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am now an Enterprise customer.

I needed a last minute car to drive home and Rosie and her team took such good care of me. She ensured I had everything I needed for the trip and comfortable in the car I'd chosen. Admittedly, I was unfamiliar with newer cars or the features, but she took the time to explain things to me. Pick up and drop off was quick, easy and painless. I'm unsure if I'll ever need another loaner from this particular location, but I will definitely send anyone their way thanks to the customer service I received!

Great staff that's very knowledgeable about their job. The staff gets you in and out in a timely fashion so that you can be on your way to enjoy your day.
