Alex & Matthew really helped out my wife after she noticed an object in her tire she drove it right to Mavis Tire in Rio Grande NJ to switch out her spare and come to find out they didn’t even charge her! What a nice surprise! Great Company and customer service. Will definitely recommend.
Would like to that matt at the Mavis in rio grande is great! He definitely wants to help you in the best way possible,also most of the staff is decent as well. I know ppl may disagree and thats fine but in my opinion I would deal with him any place he is at.
Mathew was super helpful. Explaining everything needed done with the car and answering every question I had. Super welcoming location and very thorough on what they do. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back to get service done (when needed of course).
I stopped by Mavis Tire to have a tire checked for a possible leak, and the team there was excellent. They inspected everything quickly, explained what they found, and didn’t charge me a single dollar for the service. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this honest and helpful. Their professionalism and customer-first attitude really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire and maintenance needs. Highly recommend!
