Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an excellent experience at Enterprise Car Rental, thanks to Calvin Manager, the Assistant Manager. His professionalism stood out from the moment I arrived. He was attentive, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me. Even though the store was scheduled to close at noon and I arrived about five minutes late, Calvin still assisted me without any issues or hesitation. He made the process smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. Customer service like this makes a big difference. Thank you, Calvin, for going above and beyond!

Because my car is in the shop. We had to rent a car from this particular location. And we reserved the car to 3 days ago. We were assured that there would be a car available when we needed it. The morning that we were to pick up the vehicle. We were notified that they did not have one for us. But to check back later, when we check back 6 hours later. We were notified that not only do they not have a vehicle, but there are none in the surrounding areas. I know, do not have transportation to get back. And forth to work, because we relied on these people, as we have so many times in the past. I guess maybe it's time. We take our business elsewhere because it's like these people. Don't even care.

Confirmed Reservation Denied to Active Duty Marine in Emergency. Unreliable Service. This review is for a terrible experience at the 201 Becker Dr. location on 10/21/25. My son, an active duty Marine, had a critical vehicle breakdown and needed a rental vehicle immediately to return to his base of operations. He secured a confirmed online reservation. Despite the confirmed booking and the urgent, emergency context, the branch manager refused to honor the reservation. The manager rationalized the denial by stating he needed to save the cars for customers who had "planned accordingly." This location is completely unreliable. They failed to honor a contractual agreement and showed a severe lack of professionalism and basic understanding for a service member facing an emergency situation.

First time car rental ever and it was the worst. Family and I were coming from NY heading to Carolina beach for vacation. Our car broke down in VA and this rental place was the nearest around. Yes we were in a bind, never rented before, and didn’t know the ins and outs of renting. Not only didn’t have the original van for us when went to place , they had to up charge by $10 for the vehicle given, it was dirty, and smelled terrible. Then because wasn’t told about roaming where you can drop off car anywhere, will be getting another $250 charge for dropping it off at a different location since RA states back to same location. I’ve called both the location and customer care to at least waive the $250 for dropping off in Kannapolis instead but never received a phone call back as promised. Very

Excellent experience at the Roanoke Rapids Nc Enterprise.Matt and his staff go above and beyond taking care of my rental needs. Clean dependable cars and SUV 's all the time I rent. This branch is getting a total makeover inside and out. 5 stars.
