Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Enterprise location, particularly with the "branch manager Colin." As a Platinum Plus member, I expect my benefits to be recognized and honored, but that was not the case here. Really Didn't want to make it a racial issue, but I don't know how else to look at it! I reserved a minivan, and upon arrival there were two available—one with 7 seats and one with 8. Instead of treating them as the same category (as confirmed by Enterprise corporate), the manager told me the 8-seater was “more luxurious” and demanded an additional $105 for that extra seat, (although he did take the $105 down to $70, but was still unacceptable). whatever they tell you to do over the phone, do the exact opposite. they said they would not accept me without my hard copy license even though i had a front and back picture and paper copy (lost my license in my car accident) but when my license came in they told me to come in and they would hold a car for me. i left work early and sat there just for them to tell me they had no cars and i have to come back in 2 days. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO HERE

The first visit was bad but not their fault. My SIL needed a rental while her car was being repaired. No one told her she had to make a deposit and it had to be on a card in her name. She didn't have one. The second time she had called and scheduled a rental. When we got there they had no car for her. Mind you, we drove 20 miles. I would NOT recommend them to anybody!!!

Everyone there was so nice and friendly. Especially those who picked me up and dropped me off while my car was being repaired. What a great service that I didn't know about. The staff is super helpful and nice

Last month our family was headed to Wilmington, NC from Baltimore, MD when our rental started having problems on the highway. After a very trying breakdown experience and a very unhelpful roadside assistant, we finally made it to the Rocky Mount Enterprise (with the help of Officer Wells), minutes after they closed on a Saturday. Muhammad was still there and while originally it looked like we were going to be stranded, he went above and beyond to help us get into the last vehicle they had on the lot that would accommodate our family of five. The vehicle had just been turned in, still needed to be processed, cleaned, etc. Muhammad stuck around and got it all done for us and got us back on track. He even waited until we unloaded the original rental, loaded the new rental and made sure we pul
