Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am absolutely furious about the way my mom was treated at this location. She had reserved a small car days in advance so she could drive to Oklahoma to help my grandmother during her cancer radiation treatments. She planned and budgeted carefully — she simply could not afford the gas for a massive SUV on an eight-hour trip. This was already a stressful situation for her, and what happened next made everything ten times worse. When she arrived, she was told the car she had booked wasn’t available and that she should “come back later.” Then she was told her only option was to “upgrade” to a large SUV — and pay the full SUV rate, even though they were the ones who failed to provide the car she reserved. If I could give zero stars I would. I reserved a car before Christmas for today(January 26). At 8 am I was told the car wasn’t ready bc snow plow covered them and he wasn’t sure how long it would take to shovel them out. At 10 I was told he didn’t know when the person shoveling was coming. At 2:00 I went in person and was told he wasn’t sure when a car would be ready bc people aren’t great about returning cars on time and the cars that were returned were returned with no key. What in the world is going on at that place!! Ridiculous and totally undependable. Unfortunately I will pay for a rental out of pocket from a dealership bc the gal that rammed my car has American family and they contract only with enterprise. Yay me 🙄

The branch manager Matt is very friendly and helpful. He and his employee went out of their way to make sure I got my rental. Matt eased my stress level by among my return easier. I would definitely rent from then again. The car was clean and in excellent condition

Awesome will not rent another car from anywhere else but enterprise.Thank you so much for a wonderful experience with you.Other than I had a bad situation with a third party thought I called the local enterprise.And it was a third party.They took two hundred dollars from me.It was a good lesson to make sure I get the local office but I definitely will rent from enterprise again.

I had a great experience with Enterprise. The staff Matt was friendly, the process was quick and easy, and the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. He made everything smooth from pickup to return.
