Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a really good experience throughout the whole process, from making a reservation on the Enterprise App to driving the car around the city to returning it. All the staff here were so friendly, and they worked both professionally and efficiently. When I got it, the car was new and clean, and the gas tank was full. I used half of the gas, and they charged me an additional gas fee when I returned the car instead of asking me to keep the gas at the original level. Everything was so easy. I will definitely choose Enterprise next time I need a rental car. Highly recommend!

What a nightmare! Nobody picks up the phone and you'd have to listen to marketing bullshit....we go the extra mile. Having rented a car for over 3000 USD and then nobody picks up makes me cancel the contract. Good Night USA.

Friendly , congenial workers, fast dealing with you getting your car, easy to "change " the car if the one they first bring to you is not to your liking, good price, clear explanation, easy phone dealings with them. I give them an A.

Adrian really helped me out, especially when other locations jerked me around and gave away my reservation. This is the only enterprise location I'll ever use again. The other locations are straight trash.
