North Bay Cadillac Service Center

My family have been getting our cars from North Bay Cadillac for the past 15 years. The team at the service center go out of their way to conduct themselves in a very professional manner. The efficiency of service advisor William Robertson makes it a pleasure to walk through the door for service. Mechanic Adam Mirenda expertise has always been extraordinary and he has always done an amazing job for my family. General manager David Hain has built quite a team at North Bay Cadillac and should be commended. I highly recommend this dealership!!

I had a great experience bringing my car in for service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, and completed the work in a timely manner. I felt confident it was in good hands and will definitely reccomend them.

I’ve had nothing but problems with the service department at North Bay Cadillac. They consistently overcharge, and their customer service is extremely poor. I was initially called to authorize repairs at a specific price, then later informed that one of the parts was unavailable. Since one issue had already been fixed and there was no timeline for the remaining part, I requested to bring the car back at a later date—only to be told that the pricing had completely changed. To make matters worse, they are unwilling to properly handle the extended warranty that they sold me. I’ve had to bring my vehicle back multiple times for the same issue, and it is never resolved correctly the first time. Parts are frequently out of stock, resulting in wasted time and repeated trips.
