Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pick up and drop off was hassle free. This location has a drop box for the key so you can return your rental after business hours. The car was clean and we were lucky to get awd as that’s what was available. The car did well during through redwoods and other coastal roads. The weekly rate was competitive which made us consider it for our next trip. Staff was friendly and informative.

Ryan at the Enterprise in San Mateo is hands down the best. I’ve had situations where I needed last-minute help or didn’t get the exact car I was expecting, and Ryan always took care of it without hesitation. He’s incredibly helpful, easy to work with, and always has a great attitude. Renting a car can be stressful, but Ryan makes it feel effortless. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re renting from this location.

I just worked with the Enterprise in San Mateo for the first time. I am not sure I even knew it was over by BevMo off Hillsdale before. I needed a car quickly due to a lengthy car repair on my own car. After making the reservation online, I picked the car up from Ryan and then Emily took care of me when I dropped it off. They also gave me a ride back home. Ryan, Emily and the driver were all especially competent and courteous. I highly recommend them!

Emily is awesome in professionally solving complex situations, while able to relate to customers and offer satisfying solutions. The rest are very lack of professionalism, constantly putting customer on hold forever or dropping customers calls for no reason. Need to be retrained or the trust will be lost for good from us 🙃
