Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My partner and I rented a van here couple of months ago. The service was excellent. This time I had a reservation through Progressive Insurance. Since I have three cars, I returned my first rental early. Later, I tried to make another reservation under the insurance claim, but the Enterprise rep over the phone mixed everything up. When I arrived at the 101 Little Neck Road, Savannah, GA (267N) location, Sydney Powell informed me that my reservation was void because it was not set up correctly. Sydney went above and beyond to assist me in fixing the issue with Progressive. On the day I was supposed to pick up my minivan, she even called me at 8:54 AM to let me know that the customer who had the van before me hadn’t returned it yet and wasn’t answering calls. Customer service is priority for them. I was impressed by that. They were kind, helpful, patient, catered to your needs. I got full attention while I was being helped. The energy in the place was so positive in the place. Just smiles and laughter in the place! I will definitely rent there again!

The staff at the Little Neck location in Savannah, Ga., especially Sydney was outstanding. From the first encounter with her I was greeted with a smile, very warm and friendly. The day of pickup and return was so smooth, hassle free. My friends and I were very pleased, actually have already made reservations for another event in a few months. Kudos to the staff on Little Neck Road, hope to see Sydney again.

The entire process was quick and efficient; I was in and out in no time. Bailey took the time to thoroughly go over the vehicle with me, ensuring that I felt comfortable and familiar with everything, from the features of the car to the return process. Returning the vehicle was also super easy, quick, and stress-free. I highly recommend Bailey for his outstanding customer service—he truly made my rental experience a breeze!

I booked a car Thursday evening for Friday due to an emergency. The site allowed me to select a car & confirmed the booking. At 645am the following morning we received an email that there was no longer any vehicles available. We tried to find a car throughout the state of GA, SC & parts of FL. There was NONE available. We called corporate 3 times & waited each time to receive a call back and never did. We spoke to the manager at this site & his reasoning was “you booked last minute” & “after closing hours”. Multiple things here.. emergencies happen last minute!!! That was VERY inconsiderate to use as justification. Second, the site should NOT allow people to book after hours then. While I wouldn’t blame the manager directly for the site issues because this is an enterprise issue, I do blam
