Incredible customer service from the whole team!! When our own car was destroyed by some reckless drivers, Heath showed us helpful features of the rental car and took the time to explain the timesaving bargain refuel option. Brian helped along the way to check on our return plans, update the system and offer moral support. Kate masterminded plugging everything into the computer to make sure insurance covered the cost of what they were supposed to. Grand finale was Mike making sense of the whole saga, checking our bill, getting it 100% right so we weren't overcharged, and leaving a detailed message confirming it all. The car I rented for my vacation exceeded my expectations — it was spacious, comfortable, and had a touch of luxury that made the trip even more enjoyable. Brian is a lifesaver!! I would recommend this location to anyone!! After the Summit location didnt have a car for our reservation, Brian was able to match the price and get us a car all while on our way to the location. He is the easiest person to work with and I truely appreciate his hardwork!! 10/10 recommend!!

I enjoy renting from enterprise, and especially from scotch plains, everyone there is amazing. Especially Kate, she always has a smile on her face and gives me absolutely great service. The whole branch is superb ⭐️

Paid for full size car. Called the night before to ensure they had availability at that location and was confirmed. Went in first thing in the morning and viola, they claimed there were no full size cars available and the only car left was a Toyota Corolla with 50k that stunk like someone died in the car and if I wanted anything else it would incur extra charges. The asst manager was a complete BS artist, the experience shows. No more Enterprise for moi.
