Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Dirty and deceptive. Like others reviews that I've seen, I made a reservation online and shortly before I got to the place by using Uber because I had no vehicle they told me that they had no vehicles of that class even though I had a reservation. It seems that they have no problems taking your money but the actual Act of reserving a vehicle never materializes. I was given no explanation of why and they said that hold on they'll check the Cape Girardeau location and while they were doing that I pulled up a reservation on the website for Cape Girardeau and rented vehicle of the same class I wanted showed it to her and she said they had no vehicles at that class there either. Worst car rental experience ever. What’s the point of a reservation with no inventory to give out for said reservation? And still no inventory 2 days later? Highly doubt it. Plus they NEVER answer the phone. I’ve called 8 times in the past two days and they’ve picked up the phone twice just to tell me they have absolutely no cars on the lot available. What a joke.

I reserved a car, received a text message, and an email confirming the reservation, with total cost, only to receive a phone call 20 minutes before I was picking up the vehicle,to be told they had no vehicle for me to rent!! They obviously don't pay attention to what they have on the lot, otherwise I'd been told at the time I reserved it,5 hours in advance!!!!

Bc of them not having the vehicle we booked weeks ahead, we had to to cancel a very important and expensive trip!! The guy acted like it wasn't a big deal!! They never called us to say they didn't have it!! we get there at 4 for our pick up, and no ones even there!! This is the worst enterprise I have ever seen!!!

The customer service at the office was very good. The vehicle was clean and in good condition upon our departure. The vehicle was reliable, comfortable, good on gas, and had plenty of storage space. Our next rental will be from Enterprise.
