Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had such a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location! Yogi and Jade did a phenomenal job helping me through the entire rental process. They were incredibly kind, patient, and professional, making everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and felt comfortable with my rental. Thank you Yogi and Jade, for making my experience such a positive one! *p.s. I did not have any reservations or appointment prior, still I was provided with a rental all within an hour time. Just made a quick call to my insurance company and everything was taken care of.

I just found out that Yogi and his company frauded me out of $300 plus never returned my $150 deposit that they had on "hold", this was in October 15th to be exact. It's now December, and I just found out. They took money from my bank account while they were holding my card information. This is a whole 3 months later. No reason No communication as to why! Gave the car back in one piece. Everything was fine. They even encouraged me to get the newer vehicle when I was fine getting the one they were going to originally give me. The person who hit my car His insurance covered everything. And even the adjuster and the claims department approved everything on their side. Yogi had me give my information and told me it would be a $0 Pay from me, but now has taken my money and never give me back my

I had a reservation at 11:00am and I had the confirmation. I get there and the office is closed. Not even 1 staff on site. They post this sign on the door but the lot was full of cars. How could they approve for a reservation when they are closed! I had to take an Uber to go there and I ended up hiring another Uber just to go to another Enterprise with actual people in it. Please be respectful of other people's time and money. If you are closed, at least cancel the reservation so I don't waste both.

Gave me a vehicle I didn't want with less than quarter tank of gas. The car was the only one clean that day. Somehow a mazda cx5 is over $50/day. I filled the tank and didn't use the car. So basically, I paid to put gas in it for the employees who couldn't be bothered. They said they'd help me out but in the end just fully charged me the difference between what my insurance covered and what I had to pay out of pocket. It's only $17 plus the $40 for the tank, but the point remains. Why did I get a car with barely any gas? And why wouldn't I be refunded

I would just like to let you know of the exceptional customer service I received at this location from Asst manager Jah-Preece Landrum & manager Yogi Joshi some months back. I was returning my rental on a very busy Saturday morning. There were a few customers before me & everyone seemed to have an issue. Jah-Preece acknowledged me, stating he'd be with me shortly. Another agent had called in sick & he was the only one there. Throughout the entire time I waited, I watched him handle very demanding customers & difficult situations. He remained friendly, kept a smile on his face & handled everything with complete professionalism. He kept apologizing for the delay, but I was understanding & patient. Jah-Preece fit in my return in the middle of signing people in & made sure I was satisfied. The
