Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I never leave reviews even when experiences are negative but this experience was overwhelmingly the worst I’ve ever had. Booked a minivan a month ago, called to confirm that they had the car a week ago, they confirmed. Showed up today. No car. No apologies. No explanation. Got turned away. Employees make mistakes and overbook sometimes. I get it. But they made 0 effort to help out. Find an alternative or a replacement at another location. Nothing. Truly terrible.

Joe has been absolutely brilliant; he is always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything we need. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, from last minute bookings or extensions to helping us find the right car (or cars) for our needs. The service and support have been top-notch every single time. It’s great to work with someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. Amazing customer service! They were able to arrange a car delivery (with a fee) on short notice. I’m a frequent customer at Enterprise’s Southampton & East Hampton locations, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the vehicles, which are always clean and well maintained. They offer a great variety of vehicles at competitive prices, and I’m always excited to see what I’ll get next. On the occasions I’ve needed a ride, they’ve been prompt and reliable.
