Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience, good clean cars, and nice employees. Never have any issues with this location and they are very easy to deal with. If you want a good rental experience, try them out - you’ll be happy!

I had a very good experience with the St. Louis Park Enterprise when I needed a vehicle repair. They actually brought the vehicle to me at the repair shop so I didn’t need to find a way to get over to Enterprise. The person I worked with was super friendly and made the process quick and easy.

I tried to just walk in and rent a car but was told that they needed a reservation and they could help me tomorrow. I got on my phone outside and made a reservation for 30 munites later. The service was fine, you lose 2 stars for lying and rejecting walk ins when you obviously could have taken one. I sat outside for 5 minutes at 12:30, made a reservation for 1pm, walked back in and got the car I chose online. I couldn't do that at the desk for some reason and thats weird. Everything else was fine.

Renting a car can be complicated and a little intimidating. The folks at this Enterprise location, specifically Mara and Evan, made the process easy and uncomplicated. They were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and I'd even say supportive to this elder. It was the rental experience we all want! If the need arises, we'll be using them for sure. Highly recommended.

I have used this rental location for over 10 years. I have always been very pleased with my service until today. I reserved a vehicle online this morning for late afternoon pickup (sudden mechanical issue with my personal vehicle) I called to find out if they would have anything available at an earlier time and they did not. I asked if I'd be assured of having the car I reserved and was told it depended on getting returns prior to my pickup time. An agent called me to tell me they still had no returns about an hour before my pickup time. I called 20 minutes before they were to close and was told they still did not have anything.
