Online reservations are easy to make, no surprises when I went to pick up my rental. The check in and check out were fast! Customer service was excellent. The person who assisted me answered all my questions and was very friendly and professional. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again if I need a car.

Absolutely 5⭐service from staff to vehicle. Couldn't have been any better. Car smelled great, very clean, everything was up to date, newer vehicle, great color(country blue). Up to date suv, excellent gas mileage, good driving vehicle. In and out ease from picking up to dropping off. 100% satisfaction.

On December 23 at approximately 5:00 PM, I contacted Enterprise Rent-A-Car after receiving a call regarding my rental vehicle, which was scheduled for pickup at 5:30 PM. The message I received referenced an incorrect pickup date of December 30. Upon reviewing my reservation, I confirmed that it clearly stated a pickup time of 5:30 PM on December 23. During the phone call, I explained the discrepancy to the representative, who placed me on hold to review my account. He confirmed that he could see my reservation but informed me that a vehicle was not available. I advised him that I was already en route to the location.
