Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Everything about my Enterprise experience was Great. The Truck was clean and ready when I arrived to pick it up. The return process was very simple and smooth. Great experience overall.

I am very disappointed with the level of service I experienced. I called yesterday to make a vehicle reservation and was told that a Chevrolet Equinox would be available for pickup at 10:00 a.m. Today, while I was en route to pick up the vehicle, I received a call informing me that the only vehicle available was a pickup truck, which was not suitable for my family. It appeared that the reserved vehicle had been given away. I was then told that a Toyota Highlander would be available at 11:00 a.m., pending cleaning, and that I would receive a call once it was ready. I waited for that call and, when I had not heard anything by 12:00 p.m., I called to check on the status—only to discover that the store was closed. Had a great experience, picked up the car on Friday afternoon, and although the location was busy, I was helped promptly by the courteous and thorough staff. I dropped off the car on Monday, again, everything went smoothly and there were no issues.

We’ve always loved and used Enterprise. It’s never really one exact thing but all the things they do to make sure their customers are completely satisfied and safe in renting from them. That’s why we love them and recommend them to call our family and friends.

We just took the car back and Derrick was amazing again! Thank you for making our experience better. It was horrible trying to get a car at the airport. Derrick was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. He helped my family get a car with ease during a very rough time while visiting from California.
