Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a car accident and insurance company set up a rental car for me at this location. The staff was nice and gave me a bigger car that is normally over the cost of what the insurance company pays them. I needed the car a few more days past the insurance allowance period and they charged me a very low price to continue the rental. The staff was professional and nice did not pressure me into buying extra collision coverage and even gave me a ride home after I returned the car. I will definitely come back to this Enterprise location when i need a rental next time.

Don't use this location. We reserved an SUV 6+ months in advance so we can attend a wedding. Day of pickup, they called early in the morning to confirm our reservation. After our pickup time, they call to tell us they didn't have any suv available. We were already in the uber on our way. They offered a very small discount on a sedan which is no help, as we needed the suv for space and AWD. If you dont have a car you promised a customer maybe you should offer more than a $10/day discount. Whats the point of a reservation if you cannot guarantee a car?Unacceptable

Avoid this location like the plague. The staff is dishonest and unhelpful. When I asked for the name of the employee he even lied about that. Mind blowing, bad, customer service. 1 star is more than they deserve. Update: Hi Drew. I’d like to report that reaching out to customer service was the way to go but I did this three times before leaving the store. Each time I was promised that a manager would call me - yesterday! As of now, 30 hours later, I’ve heard from nobody. It’s obvious that this poor service begins at the top.

First experience with Enterprise in summit was great. Went back to them a second time and I was handed this vehicle that was clearly not cleaned nor detailed. As well as the AC is broken on the vehicle it is cutting in and out and when it is on and does decide to work it is letting the smell off. As well as the car has a faint smell of cigarettes. Went out of my way to pick this vehicle up on my lunch break. I even called them at 8 AM this morning to confirm that they had a vehicle for me. Then at 11 I confirmed with them and let them know that I was going to be there by 1:30 PM. From Enterprise to my job in Union I noticed the AC issue I called enterprise right away they didn’t really give me much help customer service number. Call when I got out of work at that point it was already to

They called me to confirm the rental the day before. but then switched and downgraded my car when i went to pick it up... why confirm with me if your just gonna break the confirmation anyways?
