⭐️ 1-Star Review: Terrible Service and No Help at All I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Enterprise. I showed up expecting a smooth rental process, but instead I received no service at all. The staff was unhelpful, unorganized, and made absolutely no effort to assist me. I waited far too long with no communication and no sense of urgency from anyone working there. If you’re looking for reliability or professionalism, this location is definitely not the place to go. They wasted my time and offered zero solutions. I will not be returning, and I can’t recommend them to anyone. Enterprise needs to seriously improve their customer .

The staff here is amazing . I've rented many times from enterprise but this location was my best experience with a last minute reservation. Miss Megan and Mr tyler gave me great customer service. I used to go to the hertz off the same exit . I will not longer support them when there's a enterprise four minutes away with a better staff and more professional.

I had a fantastic experience with Jesse at the Union City, GA Enterprise Rent-A-Car! This weekend, from the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Despite some initial challenges, Jesse went above and beyond to make sure I received the exact car I had reserved. She kept me informed every step of the way, showed genuine care, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and Jesse truly delivered. Highly recommend this location—especially if Jesse is there to help

This place is one of the better enterprise locations I have experienced. Great customer service. I went here a few months ago after two other locations did not have the suv I had reserved .the team here went above and beyond to ensure I left with a rental that could accommodate my family.

Arrived and car wasn’t available bc previous renters had not returned cars yet. Car is dirty. The previous renter dropped it off and they immediately gave us the car. Dust is everywhere, sticky stuff on the gear, entire car is dirty.
