Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I booked and paid extra for a full-size SUV (Expedition, Tahoe, or Yukon). When I arrived, none were available, even though I had a confirmed reservation. The only SUVs offered were labeled “Luxury,” like a Durango or Mitsubishi Outlander, which I personally don’t find very luxurious. It didn’t make sense to pay more for a vehicle I didn’t want, so I declined and ended up taking a luxury car (Audi) instead. The car was dirty inside and out and had less than a quarter tank of gas, which was inconvenient since I had to fill up immediately before getting on the highway. Also I verbally asked for a vehicle with a toll transponder since the vehicle was rented in Massachusetts and many highways use electronic tolling, and paying by plate costs extra but again I wasn’t provided with that.Overall

The guys at Enterprise on Moody St in Waltham were great. My Audi A6 was getting some work done so I needed a rental. They gave me the upgrade and hooked me up with a sporty 2025 Toyota Camry hybrid. Loved the car and the service from the workers was professional. 10/10 would recommend a rental from these guys.

Was in an accident over the weekend. These guys pulled a vehicle out for me and were amazing at getting it cleaned off (Day after Blizzard 26) and on the road. Keith and his team are outstanding and I heartily recommend them.

I booked a Full Size vehicle two weeks in advance to ensure my travel needs were met. However, upon arrival, I was informed that no vehicles in that category—or any comparable category—were available. A reservation is a commitment, and failing to honor it after a fourteen-day notice period is completely unacceptable. Enterprise’s failure to maintain inventory levels for a booking made two weeks in advance is a breach of professional standards that has caused my business financial harm.

Second Update: Went to rent again, and confirmed the morning of. Then 50 minutes before my pickup they called me and said that there were no more cars anywhere and they were sold out. I said is there anything that you can do for me? They responded we can't do any type of credit or anything like that. After insisting they try to find some way to help they decided to call another local branch and found that there were cars. This means they are either not interested in actually fulfilling orders by going to pick up the vehicle or just bad at their jobs. Either way this is the last time I'm going to try renting from this location, absolutely abysmal. Update: Gave a free upgrade to full size and a discount... Not a horrible consolation for being over an hour late. Was very apologetic. Ultimate
