Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Edit: Finally after 3 months got a call from the new manager who listened and took care of the issue. Raised the review from 1 to 3 stars as a courtesy. New manager seems like a good guy. Charged me 3 weeks after I dropped off a vehicle for 6 days that I was not in possession of their vehicle. Have called the location multiple times and their corporate customer service at least 3 times to no avail. Every time I am told they will take care of the issue. Still dealing with the issue 3 months later.

I went to the Warminster PA location for its proximity. After completing my rental, I'd like to remark on the professional values and service that is offered at the Enterprise Warminster PA location. They added value by taking an interest in their job performance and seeing to it that I was matched up to a suitable rental car. The car, in and of itself, was clean, and a pleasure to drive. Thank You, Warminster Enterprise Staff!

Easiest car rental experience ever, from the shuttle driver to the customer service rep. Matt, who handle all of the rental details. Excellent customer service quick and easy. Highly recommend the Warminster location:)

Despite telling me their cars were nonsmoking, the car reeked of cigarette smoke and bad air freshener in an attempt to cover it up. The wiper blades were long overdue for replacement. The windshield was dirty inside. The dashboard was dusty. It was obvious this car hadn't been cleaned in a while. At least insurance paid for the rental so it only cost me a few bucks.

Highly recommend renting at the Warminster, PA location. The whole process was seamless and quick. Customer service is very good. Reasonable prices per day. Worked well with my insurance.
