Enterprise Rent-A-Car

By far the worst customer experience, extremely frustrating! I rented a car through an insurance claim. I drive an Acura TLX 2023, and I scheduled Enterprise to pick me up at 3:00 PM at Acura Open Road Wayne ,because I had classes throughout the day and needed to plan accordingly. I waited until 3:25 PM with no call and no pickup. When I called the branch, they casually said they were waiting for someone to return and would be there in 15 minutes. After waiting another 30 minutes, an Acura dealership employee kindly offered to drive me to the branch since it is only 3 minutes away. When I arrived, there were three employees inside chatting and no customers in the office, which made my long wait even more frustrating. We booked and paid for Jetta which is c class Sedan(4.64cm) length but when we arrived we got Kia soul(4.14cm) length which is b class and really small car comparing to Jetta. And guys is working insist: it is same class car. His explanation is” for us both car are same class.” There was a few cars same class with Jetta they didn’t even offer it instead. They just tried to make some extra money offering other cars etc… Come on man we were not born just yesterday. I guess this is how u get served when u are tourist here in enterprise. I hope u guys get the some scumming when u just wanna happily travel

Do not buy or rent a car from here. The manager is not doing his job properly. They charged me for the insurance and apologized, saying they made a mistake and would refund my money. I've been waiting for the money for four weeks. They keep saying they have a problem with the bank. I call the bank, and they say there's no problem on their end. And every time I call, they say the manager will put me in touch with someone, but they never let me speak to anyone. If you can't do your job, fire that manager and find someone better.

Mariah and Jay were so incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They did absolutely everything they could to help me walk out with a car. I could never thank them enough for their patience and kindness. They also were just amazing to sit and talk with, such great people. 10000% recommend, and definitely made the right choice 💗

I rented a car on the day there was an AWS outage that affected many websites including that of Enterprise and my insurer. But as soon as the internet was back I was able to get a car. They actually gave me a better car for the same price since the one I requested wasn’t ready. I had to extend my rental and was able to do it with just a quick phone call. Caleb and the other support team members were very helpful. Both the pickup and return were done smoothly and as quickly as possible. The car I rented was in good condition and drove well. Overall a good experience and I would definitely rent from here again.
