Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I enjoy this location, I work with Joe on my reservations and am never disappointed or inconvenienced. Vehicles are always clean and in top performance condition and Joe makes sure of that again before I leave. Great team here, being led well. 💪🏽

I rent from enterprise all the time for work and usually have a good experience no matter where I go. But not this time. I booked a full size SUV and the reservation online. I get a call 2 days later saying they don’t know how I was able to book it because they don’t have any cars. I tried to be flexible and said I would be willing to downgrade to something smaller. But no matter what both the employees on the phone I talked to kept saying their favorite line of “no guarantees” that I’d be able to get a car after the app allowed me to book it. Overall my customer service this time around has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve never been talked to so rudely before by employees for a company that likes to pride itself on its customer service. Don’t book here if you really need a car because

I was told by customer service to come to this location to get an exchange for my rental car which was experiencing technical difficulties (numerous dashboard, warning lights ). I was assured on the phone that they would have cars for me as I was in a rush to make a flight later in the day. After being told to drive to this location, I arrived and was rudely told they had no cars to give to me even though the customer service agent on the phone and the website indicated there were numerous cars available. Clearly they did not want to inconvenience themselves by providing me a car out of their inventory and instead she suggested that I take their malfunctioning car to a local mechanic myself.

Rented a car in Canandaigua because of insurance, had to drop off here and it was seem less. Looks like the guy in charge in Canandaigua was also in charge here, no wonder it was seamless and professional. Hopefully do not have to come back but would gladly!

Joe at enterprise in webster was wearing a cape!! He saved my family trip by getting me a rental last minute. I would highly recommend him!!!
