Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I give enterprise rent a car a 5 star. Due to the fact that enterprise is official it cards, the top line cars, detail, cleaned and ready to go up on rental completion. I love enterprise, they are very dependable. I have been dealing with them for years. This is one establishment. Enterprise, rent a car that is guaranteed. For great exceptional customer service all around will start to finish to the best of their ability and they stand behind their dedication with each and every customer, and if there's anything they could accommodate to help make the transition are the smooth transaction, they will give it their all. Love enterprise rent a car my go to rental car establishment.

The car was clean and ran well. No issues. It was the customer service at the White Bear Lake location that made this a 5-star experience for me. I flew in with no reservation but an immediate need for a car and Tyler was polite, friendly, and efficient and I was in a car and on the road in no time. On the day of return, I called and spoke with Jenn, with what I thought might be a hard ask, is it possible for someone to take me to the shop where my car is. “Absolutely, no problem!” Cole helped me when I came to return the car and again, polite, friendly, and efficient! We were on our way to the shop in a matter of moments and he drove me to shop- 15 minutes of very comfortable and amusing conversation. Wonderful experience. I was nervous the day before when they didn’t have my full size SUV and we were likely going to end up in a mini van—which would have fit us but not what I wanted. Jake grabbed the vehicle I wanted early in the morning from another location. When I showed up at 8am, it was ready for me (a Wagoneer). Very thankful!!!

Wanted to give a huge shout out to Jake and Jenn! We needed to pick up and drop off a car close to close. They were slam busy, but both kept a great attitude and treated every customer with kindness and promptness. They did a great job making sure every customer was greeted and informed how long until they could be helped. Also the detailers/cleaners were great too, having to clean and prep cars so quick. Thank you guys so much, would definitely rent from this team again.

Manager was great (sorry cant recall his name) allowed us options to drop off at different location depending on our plans. Rented car to look at a vehicle and had to see it in person before buying, so he allowed us the option to either leave it or bring it back to same location. Then got a follow up call to make sure I was happy with everything by another guy a couple days later. I will say I've always felt like an annoyance at every other rent-a-car place expect here. Enterprise please treat these two gentlemen right, as they are going to make that back 10 fold for you. I hope there salary reflects it how well they run that store!
